Marinated pieces of lamb & chicken, roasted with pineapple, tomatoes and onions. Served with coriander and mint dressing.

Pan-fried white fish, lightly spiced, with mashed potato.

Dakeswari Chicken

Strips of chicken tikka cooked in a creamy almond sauce with fenugreek leaves.

Served with Pillau Rice.

Mustard Naga Lamb

Lamb stewed with lemon tempered with garlic, chilli, fresh tomato and mustard.

Served with Chapati.
